GCC metal and plastic packaging giant Saudi Arabian Packaging Industry (SAPIN) has signed an agreement with Nestle Middle East to manufacture and supply tins for its Quality Street brand of chocolates.

Under the terms of the new agreement, which was signed by SAPIN general manager George Lindsay and Nestle Middle East chief executive Jean-Louis Chaumeil, the packaging firm will produce one million units of octagonal-shaped cans per annum for the Nestle Quality Street brand.

SAPIN has been associated with Nestle Middle East since 2007 when its UAE branch signed an agreement with the company for the manufacture and supply of cans for NIDO milk powder.
