Cin Cin at the Fairmont Dubai.

Spirit-lovers across Dubai are in for a treat, with the launch of Fairmont Dubai’s monthly spirits appreciation sessions.

The series, to be held at The Cigar Bar in the hotel’s wine bar Cin Cin, will be hosted by Leith Matthews, RESERVE brand ambassador for Diageo’s luxury spirits portfolio.

The programme will kick off on Wednesday May 20 with a guide to single malt whiskies, allowing guests to taste products from many of Scotland’s leading distilleries.
 
Future sessions will include guides to Johnnie Walker Scotch whiskies, as well as gin, martini, tequila and vodka.

The sessions will take place from 7:30pm to 9:30pm on the third Wednesday of every month, with each class priced at AED 250 per person or AED 300 with a premium cigar.
 
The Exchange Grill’s chef, Matthew Miles, will prepare a specially-designed selection of sweet and savory hors d’oeuvre to complement each featured spirit.
