Chairman of the Egyptian Hotel Association Wassim Mohey El-Din comes in at number 45 for leading an organisation that has played a key role in developing the hotel sector in Egypt.
El-Din took up chairmanship last November, after almost 28 years with the association; 12 of which were spent as vice chairman.
In that time he has played a key role in delivering the Egyptian Hotel’s Association agenda, which involves issuing industry legislation, assisting in budget hotel promotions, establishing hotel pricing policies, identifying investment opportunities, evaluating training programmes and taking on a number of other roles to nurture the regional hotel sector.
