Talal Saeed runs one of the region’s biggest names in the interior fit-out contractor industry, providing the finishing touches to some of the UAE’s most famous luxury hotels.
Saeed has been in the industry for more than 15 years and at the helm of interior fit-out contractor Fino International since the company was established five years ago.
While he describes himself as a tough boss, he claims to be a good listener and warm hearted.
“I’m not an interior designer or architect, but I’m good hearted and this is the secret,” he explains.
Saeed claims that his staff and the people he has worked with over the years act as his inspiration. “I like to follow my own agenda,” he asserts. “I have, however, worked with many people from all over the world and from these people I have picked up many skills.”

Fino International is currently working on two of Dubai’s more audacious projects — fitting-out the Dubai Metro stations and the much anticipated Armani Hotel Dubai, in the world’s tallest skyscraper, the Burj Dubai.
The company has searched far and wide for materials for the designer hotel — sourcing stone from Canada, which Saeed says is an extremely difficult process as it can only be sourced during the summer, when the country’s mountains are not covered in blankets of snow.
