 Caterer Middle East has unveiled its inaugural Head Chef Survey – the first comprehensive study of its kind aimed solely at top culinary professionals across the Middle East.

Designed to give chefs in the region a voice and to aid outlets and companies in assessing market trends, industry progress, potential future challenges and chefs’ overall views of operations in the region, the Head Chef Survey 2009 is running on Caterer’s online home, www.hoteliermiddleeast.com/f&b, until Sunday December 20.

“As a regional first for the F&B industry, we are extremely excited about this initiative,” said Caterer Middle East editor Lucy Taylor.
