Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, the property stands 333 metres tall and, when it opens later this month, it is looking to gain official recognition from Guiness World Records.
The dry hotel boasts views of Burj Dubai, The Burj Al Arab, The Palm Jumeirah and views of The World development.
While some have pointed out that there are hotels that are higher up, the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is the world's tallest single use hotel building.

I think the one which is claimed to be biggest house is actually Emirates Palace Hotel in AbuDHabi... One of the best Hotel in UAe.
