New head chef Scott Price has already revised the menu while “offering a nod” to some Verre classics.
Price said he was a “firm believer in using the freshest of ingredients to reveal great flavours”, without over complicating a dish.
“Verre's tradition of a menu in evolution, marries well with my own style, and I intend to cultivate this each season, while still maintaining some of the classics," he said..
"I'm also very excited to introduce Dubai to its first Gordon Ramsay Chef's Table, where guests can get up close with the magic and passion of a Ramsay kitchen."
Price joins the team at Verre from Gordon's most famed restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's, in London.
In his new role as executive head chef of Hilton Dubai Creek, Price will head the entire kitchen operations of the hotel's four restaurants and bars, including room-service.
Verre by Gordon Ramsay is now open for reservations.
