Verre by Gordon Ramsay at the Hilton Dubai Creek, is to showcase its new head chef, Scott Price at the Taste of Dubai culinary festival for 2010.

Price will debut three of his favorite dishes from the restaurant's brand new menu and he will also unveil Gordon Ramsay cooking techniques during the festival's key culinary programme, the Chef's Theatre.

"This year holds special significance, as this will be my first 'Taste' festival in Dubai. My participation in the Chef's Theatre will serve as the perfect platform for engaging with Dubai's foodies,” Price said.

“I'm much looking forward to the interactive aspect of the festival."

Taste of Dubai event director Paul Croft said: "Restaurants such as Verre by Gordon Ramsay, with their years of continuous support, are the reason why the festival enjoys such roaring success. We are extremely fortunate to have such outlets extend their support year on year".

Verre officially reopened its doors last week, following a complete refurbishment, boasting a new look as well as a Chef's Table.

Taste of Dubai runs from March 17-20 at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre and Park, featuring 20 of Dubai's top restaurants and chefs, offering visitors a taste of their finest signature dishes.
