Samsung Electronics Co will be revealing its latest range of Hospitality TVs, LFD monitors and home appliances at the Dubai Hotel Show.

Designed to modernise hotel rooms, the new line-ups contain the latest technologies ready for high-definition digital broadcasts, enabling greater energy efficiency and easy installation, according to a statement by the company.

“The hospitality sector makes very conscious decisions when choosing in-room technology. As well as considering energy efficiency and design they are also upgrading from older models to modern flat screen LCD and LED TVs,” said Samsung Gulf Electronics head of corporate marketing Marco Vocale.

“Samsung’s Hospitality TV line-up brings the ideal balance of an elegant design that would impress any guest, robust features and functionality that are specific for hotels and improved energy efficiency.”

Samsung’s AV Hospitality range takes centre stage this year, with the LED TV line-up leading the way. This year’s models, the UA40C6900VH, UA46C6900VH and UA55C6900VH set the standard for top-of-the-range hospitality TVs, featuring Built-in PMOLED Clock, Bathroom Speaker, Music Mode and Jack Pack Compatibility. For the first time ever, Samsung has also integrated their innovative Internet @ TV feature into their new line of Hospitality TVs.

Samsung’s new line of Hospitality TVs combines the features and benefits of TVs found in any modern home with the versatility and convenience that look for in the product. So not only do our Hospitality TVs meet and even exceed the demands of your guest, but they cater to your needs as well,” added Vocale.

Featuring an embedded PC, Samsung’s 46in LED LFD model takes up less space than its predecessors with only 30 per cent the width of conventional models, with a slim and easy-to-install wall mount.
