Catering’s leading industry lights will be at the Park Hyatt Hotel Dubai tonight, hoping to pick up one of 15 prestigious trophies.
Some 53 individual nominees have made it onto Caterer Middle East’s award’s shortlist, including 10 of the region’s top chefs and while tonight marks the second year for the awards, it is the first time that they will be presented at a ceremony.
Editor of Caterer Middle East Eamonn Houston said that tonight was about recognising the “incredible talent” in the region’s catering industry.

“Everyone knows the leaps and bounds that the Middle East has made in its F&B offering and we are coming together to celebrate this remarkable achievement,” he said.
“This is a night to come together as a community and establish the awards as a benchmark for true catering greatness.”
