Catering’s leading industry lights will be at the Park Hyatt Hotel Dubai tonight, hoping to pick up one of 15 prestigious trophies.

Some 53 individual nominees have made it onto Caterer Middle East’s award’s shortlist, including 10 of the region’s top chefs and while tonight marks the second year for the awards, it is the first time that they will be presented at a ceremony.
