Hilton Dubai Creek has announced it will debut the “chef’s table” at Verre by Gordon Ramsay when Chef Ramsay comes to Dubai at the end of October.

Verre’s Executive Chef Scott Price said: “The new chef’s table creates a bespoke evening that allows guests a more up close and personal interaction with myself and the team, whilst being able to soak up the buzz of a Gordon Ramsay kitchen in full flow. The menu is a surprise and created specifically for each group.”

The chef’s table is the latest concept that forms part of the redevelopment of the restaurant, including a clear glass kitchen wall that allows guests to experience an uninterrupted view of the action behind-the-scenes.

Price added: “Chef Ramsay’s visits are always exciting and something the whole team looks forward to. Although we have already discussed the concept and menus in detail, having him here in person provides an invaluable opportunity for undiluted input, as you can imagine he is never slow to give his opinion!”

Diners will have the opportunity to meet Chef Ramsay himself on the 23rd October by making a reservation at Verre. In addition to the chef’s table, the full three-course a la carte menu will be available at AED395 per person.

Mike Nalborczyk, General Manager, Hilton Dubai Creek said: “I’m confident that the chef’s table at Verre will be a great success. The concept offers an exciting dining experience for guests open to a culinary adventure and makes for a very special evening.”

The chef’s table is designed for groups of four or more, is priced at AED695 per person and is available between 19:00 – 23.30 hours (closed on Saturdays).
