There are thousands of people comes to Qatar in tourist visa for looking for a job. Also thousands of people staying in hotels for business purpose. These people are not considered as tourists. Those who are visiting for sight seeing, other than any business or meeting their friends and relatives or for an interview for a job is called as tourists. Some of the countries are concentrated in five star hotels and costly food for the tourists. An average tourist is not rich for the above accommodation. If a country where there is no tourist detination and want to attract tourists, have to prepare some thing special for tourist and that must be a talk of the world. That must be adopted by work not by discussion or conducting exhibition. There must be some planning and commitment. Can you imagine a deep forest in the middle of a desert. Can you imagine to consume organic food by replacing chemical food ??? Yes. Qatar is richer than any body in the world and they are still consuming chemical food not organic food, because they are still importing or producing the chemical fruits and vegetables. This is like tourism. They never experienced an actual tourism from the world and they think tourism means luxuary with endless discussions and exhibitions.
