Middle East hotel training budgets cut in 2016

It is rather becoming interesting that Hotels are reducing Training budgets when they should really be increasing it. As room numbers and Brands rooms increase in the Middle East, so competition shall be getting keener which means there should be better training especially in Interpersonal & Guest relationship & Customer psychology. Good quality Hospitality training requires eye to eye contact between Trainers and Trainees hence the use of online training will be of no effect as time goes on. Training should have better budgets than hitherto and handled by Practitioners.
