I am working with Ruhul Amin since past 5 years and have learnt lots of things from him. I have had a great opportunity to work with this passionate and enthusiastic team leader. He is a dynamic leader and is a role model for all the other leaders. He welcomes all with a warm smile, which encourages everyone to discuss any matter without hesitation. Through out last five years I am interacting closely with Ruhul and I believe Ruhul is the person devoted to his work and bringing the success for his department as well for the hotel by introducing new ideas and implementing the same for achieving the goals set.Active participation in daily staff briefings,rooms/public area inspection alongwith the Supervisors,motivating staff by good comments and internal promotion by recognising staff talents are the special features for Ruhul.

I have been working with Rahul for a period over 2 years now, under his leadership he could gather his team and cope very professionally with such demanding heavy operation like we experience in Jeddah Hilton. He has been able to satisfy high guest expectations from different business segments and attracting lot of praising and positive guest comments. I worked with Ruhul Amin in Riyadh in the late nineties, and already then he struck me as the most level-headed manager I had worked with, in what can certainly be described as a stressful environment. When I arrived back in Saudi Arabia five yearl later, I immediately took th eopportunity to hire Ruhul at the Jeddah Hilton and to take him with me to open the Qasr Al Sharq a year and half later. Besides his level-headedness, Ruhul brings to the jod a dedication and level of ownership rarely seen these days. He sets high standards but then teaches and leads his team from the fron to achieve these standards. He takes pride in a job well done and is not afraid to "get down and dirty" himself. He motivates and inspires, and hundreds of recruits have grown under him into skilled, motivated hotel employees, working all across the globe. Ruhul is discreet and quiet, but not afraid to voice his concern, albeit always in a positive and constructive manner. In his quest for excellence, he has influenced many colleagues and has brought about changes not only in his own department but also in others. It is so easy and definite to identify the major characteristics for a Manager such Ruhul although we have been working closely for almost 6 months,while throughout that short time the ideal departmental communication skills and the highest level of co operation have been implementing effectively reflecting a touchable customer recognition and satisfaction improvement.
