Ruhul Amin has an infectious professionalism that can be transmitted to anyone just by watching him work. I am truly inspired by the way he motivates Team Members in facing challenges of their daily duties and helping them improve their career. He has a supernatural eye for details and shares the bits and pieces of his inspirational experiences on a daily basis. A man whose stress level is always balanced considering the clusters that he manages, has a high level of respect for the dignity of his staff and has an even more contagious optimism that transcends to other departments. Ruhul Amin is certifiably the Housekeeper of the Year for everyone at Jeddah Hilton and Qasr Al Sharq.

Ivor has a ocean of experience in the housekeeping department. I had an opportunity to train with him when I newly joined the industry. He is a true housekeeper who is highly respected among his team. He has this unique ability to win over the team members to get the work done. I have learnt many things from him and still continue to do so. Ivor, all the best in your new role. I am sure you will be successful as always.
