A truly exception lead Concierge backed by a fantastic team that Kamal has built up aroud him. His love of the job is unquestionable and provides a service second to none, always with a smile. Concierge is the the 1st point of contact at the hotel and it remains my main point of contact, all issues quickly and efficiently resolved. Kamal is the reason we return time & time again to the JBH.

Kamal Jayalath I would like to say why i think Kamal should win this award.Igo to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel several times a year from the moment i arrive Kamal is there for me as i am 63 and travel alone. Every morning Kamal will get a member of his staff to take me to breakfast. When the Palm Island opened Kamal arranged a car and took me to see the Atlantis Hotel and then took me shopping. I was also invited to the Burj Al Arab and Kamal took me by car and stayed late so he could come back for me.Kamal always has a smile and a goodmorning for everyone, nothing is too much trouble for Kamal, i think he is a great asset to the hotel and would be a worthy winner.

I was in the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi really many times from 2005 to 2008 and I had the fortune to meet Ashok. He assited me every time with a really high level of professionalism, friendly attitude and he was every time able to solve troubles in the best and timely mode. For what he has done for me in this long period I consider him like a really good friend. He was every time smiling and ready to satisfy the request of the customers. I wish to Ashok to be selected as a Concierge of the Year because e really deserves it.

I have worked with Ashok for almost 03 years. Dedication and Commitment to Quality Service is something that Ashok is born with. During those 03 years, I have seen many comments, many appreciations all filled with gratitude from our guests for his service and assistance provided to them. Ashok is "Never Says NO" person and his friendly smile and helpful approach makes Ashok very special. I wish Ashok good luck on this well deserved "Concierge of the Year" Award.
