His knowledge, discretion, energy,professionalism,friendliness and talent single Amir out as unique. I have had the privelige of being a guest of Amir's on many occasions. No matter how awkward or difficult the request Amir takes it all in his stride and completes every task on time with passion and a smile. I travel non-stop for business and have experienced many concierges, Mostly dedicated professionals but nobody comes anywhere near Amir for brilliance. He is a magnificent asset not only to Dusit Hotels but also to the UAE and The Middle East. Amir deserves the accolade of Concierge of the Year without a shadow of a doubt.

In my life I never met a person like Ashok. He is very nice and very obliging. If you have a wish he will make it true for you. He is a very good and exemplary chief concierge. For me, he is one of the brand for ROTANA. Everytime when you will see him, there is a nice smile and the charisma is perfect. Before 2 years I visited the Beach Rotana for my first time. I went to the concierge and ask: "Where I can go to the gym." Ashok gave me a plan about the whole hotel and describe me everything. If you have any questions, don?t hesitate to contact or ask him. For every question he will have an answer and help. Ashok deserve the AWARD for the CONCIERGE OF THE YEAR without a doubt.
