Thampi Prasad working in Vision Hotel Apartments deserves the award. He is a staff who is not after of rewards but only after of the result of his services. I stayed in Vision long time. He offered me help for my groceries up to my room. I gave him tip but to my surprise he did not accept it. He said it was enough for him to see me happy and satisfied. How wonderful he is!

Ashok I would say that Ashok is a excellent Head concierge in the Middle East. he is very professionals head of the concierge. on many occasions he showed. And he has friendly attitude with every one. best of luck Ashok

I used to live in the Beach Rotana for quite awhile. And I must say, Mr. Kuckian was always very nice,polite very helpful and a plessure beeing around. He has just a great Charisma. He is caring and has great personality. Once a while I go back to the Beach Rotana and I always look forward seeing him again. I must say he deserves beeing the Concierge of the day.. Stay the way you are.. There are not many people like you dear Ashok..

AmirHossain is the leader who keeps his team in his heart. Always takes care of his staff like his brother or sister. I conducted a Team Work Enhancement activity for Concierge team of Dusit Thani Dubai recently and could see how strong his team was. Mr. Kamal Jayalath definitely deserves this award. His services, courtesy and his friendliness as we experienced it during our stay in the Jumeriah Beach Hotel, Dubai, makes him the best hotel concierge we ever got to know personally. I was really amazed when he picked me up from the airport personally at the beginning of my short trip to Dubai and I really appreciate that!
