I have been a Food & Beverage Director in some of the nicest resorts for 20 years, and traveled throughout Europe, US, and the Middle East, and I have never had a better concierge experience as the one I had with Mr. Amir Hossain. He has my vote...absolutely!

In the 74 Years of my life, I had the opportunity to be guest of the most beautiful hotels in this world; including the BURJ AL ARAB and the EMIRATES PALACE HOTEL. I also enjoyed 5 prolonged vacacions to the JUMEIRAH BEACH HOTEL. There Mr. Kamal Jayalath (Concierge Manager) impressed me with his professionality and the competent leading of his team. Mr Kamal is gifted with a extraordinary personality, and his great human kindness lets him enjoy helping his customers in any possible way. Of the 10 best Concierge Managers which I know, Mr. Kamal Jayalath is the number 1!

I worked in different hotels around the world, i met and worked with different chief concierge but Ahmed was different in every way, he have his own style with a great character and personalitly, he is been loved by his team members as he have a great leadership skills. I do personally recieve great comments about the great service he deliver, i can descrbe him as the guest impresser as he always go the extra mile and he shows great dedication to his work. i do suggest every one to vote to Ahmed as he do really deserve it.

Ahmed is doing a great job in handling even the most difficult and challenging situation. He is going every extra mile needed to satisfy our guests needs. He keeps the right balance in any demanding environment and is very much supporting all his colleagues in every way he can. It is a great pleasure working with him and to have him as a strong pillar on the team. He has clearly deserved to become the concierge of the year in middle east 2009.
