Suddenly i heared about this Middle east competition for best concierge, directly i noticed ahmed as i met ahmed in one of my stays in hilton kuwait resort and he was very helpful and able to do the needful in any thing we request, every thing was going great as he is always positive and he have great smile that made our stay memorable and thats was a reason for me not to forget this face, i am voting for him just to return little bit of what he did to us in kuwait

Great person .Efficient leader ,problem solver and a great team member, The greatest asset in Ahmed is his calm way of handling any situation that makes the greatest problem look simple and gets back a smile on the guests face.He is professional indeed. Wish him all the best....

I will recommend Ahmed Allazim for his hardwork and dedication to his job.His efficiency and loyalty is one of the best asset.And he deserves to be a Concierge of the Year award.

I have worked almost 20 years in the hotel industry i have never come across such a chief concierge like Ashok he is the best and will be the best, Ashok deserve to be the best concierge of the year in the middle east. Good luck.

Words are definitely not sufficient to define Ahmed as a Chief Concierge and as a person but if you will size it down to the simplest phrase...He stands as Role Model in the real sense of the word. Though, still new in our property, he paved the way to the improvement of the concierge experience for all our guests. Definitely a plus to our Hilton Kuwait Resort Family. I could only wish him the best as he continue his journey.
