Professionalism on the highest level! Mr. Allasim is the umbrella term of being professional, being very obliging and doing it accurate and straight. If someone should become Concierge of the Year, there is surely just one, Mr. Allasim!

I never thought that I would meet such an effcient person in his job with such a great character. Ahmed helped me confirming last minute group requests during the hotel's busy and difficult times with a can do attitude, I know I can make my request and walk away. Ahmed sorry for the hard times I've given you, I'm glad I worked with you and have you as a friend or brother, and happy we have you on our side. Good luck bro
