He certainly deserves the title and to be recognized. On my stay in Hilton Kuwait Resort, Ahmed's warm welcome was so impressive. He delivered a hassle free, personalized and consistent service throughout my stay which made travel experience in Middle East a wonderful one. The needs of the hotel guest were anticipated and met instantly, as he goes beyond and above the expectation. Ahmed Allazim is simply the best concierge I've had the chance to work closely with Ahmed in two differents properties and that gave me the chance to know him better and therefore can judge properly his professionalism level on which i can simply say that it's the top of what I've seen so far, his customer approach and his can-do attitude makes of Ahmed the best concierge and I personally recommend everybody to vote for him to win this award well deserved.
