Ashok has a special way of dealing with people, He is so much known amoung all the guest who is in the hotel from a first time to a long staying guest. His energy is always on and nothing keeps him down. Keep up the good work Ashok.

Kamal, has been looking after myself and my family since 2000 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel I have watched him develop as a person and a manager over the years. His attention to detail is fantastic and he never over looks anything. On one of our visits our flight landed at 5.30am in the morning and Kamal came to the airport at this time in the morning to greet us with his drivers wow now that is service. Kemal is like a family friend who is there at every turn and your needs have already been anticipated. I am the fussiest guest that JBH have and I would give Kamal and his team 200% on everything they do. Kamal also has a team that stands the test of time and they are all long standing and this must be testiment to Kamal's management style. If ever there was a deserving team and Manager it is Kemal and his team.

I know Amir for more than 2 years now.He is a man with great dedication and commitment.Without any doubt he is the most deserving person for the Chief Concierge of the year award.

Mr.Amir hossain deserves to be the concierge of the year because he is a person with outstanding talent when is comes of leadership and exceeding guest expectations.Surely i admire his professtionalism when its comes to his work and as a colleague of this i was not surprise when we was nominated for The Middle East Concierge Of The Year Wards.He is truly my roll model and some day i would love to follow in his footsteps.

We stayed at the Dusit Thani for six months; therefore, we not only took advantage of the exceptional service provided by Amir and his staff but also had many, many opportunities to seek his advice and to ask him to arrange events. Not once was the service anything but exceptional. With gentle questions and a most gracious manner he would help us decide upon various options. Amir knows and understands the Dubai and has an extensive knowledge of a wide range of experiences available to a guest. After each event, he also checked to see if our experience was what we expected and how the Dusit might be of even more assistance. We have worked with many concierges over the years. Amir is at the top of the list. He is a dedicated professional with a gentle, patient manner.
