Truly the best concierge I've ever met in my whole life. Always helpful and positive about life which makes everything around him easy to deal with. You are the definetly the Concierge of the Year.

Our `votes` go to Mr. Amir Hossain! In the last 2 years we travelled to more than 30 countries and many more cities and hotels. We are very happy having finally discovered the world`s best concierge - in the Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel during a longer stay! We would like to express our gratitude and sincere thanks to Mr. Amir and his great team. To meet Mr. Amir and being able to benefit from his great efforts, outstanding service and warm welcome was a great and unforgettable experience for us! We appreciated the fantastic hospitality, his discreet friendliness, the great kindness and helpfulness from Mr. Amir. He was always helpful and ready with competent answers. He made us feel at home, safe and secure. If answers or solutions were not ready to hand at once, he immediately started to look after it, until the best solution for us was found. We liked his cordiality and his open minded attitude! And we appreciated very much that he and his team were always asking us for feedback, points of criticism and suggestions for improvement. That means that he will not rest on its laurels, he is always very eager to force a continuous improvement process. His attitude, to call for steady feedback, we have only found in very, very few hotels around the world. So he is completely at peace with himself and at the same time always ready to improve! To sum it up: when having returned home we really missed the `concierge of the decade` ? Mr. Amir a real gentleman! We keep our fingers crossed that he may win this nice competition and we are hoping for a bright and splendid future!

As we worked together in the same hotel before, 100% I believed that Amir - you are the best Chief Concierge in this region who leading the team with wide general knowledge of around the world including UAE, high level service to the guests & also well train to the team members, your positive attitude on the guests & also all the colleagues who work together even on the friends and your warm smile which we always can see on your face to get confidence to the guests and also to us. You are a king and also genius guy in your field. Amir Even not only you are getting loyalty from the guests, we also have wish to work together again. (Best wishes/your old colleagues)
