Ashok is very enthusiastic concierge, always appreciated by guests, he ceases opportunity to wow the guests which makes the guest feel at home and return, Ashok is a excellent concierge with a willingness to serve the guest,he maintains a very good rappo with the guests as well as the local nationals, and he is more appriciated by his own team members, he is a good team player aswell. i wish him to be the winner of this award.

Ashok proved to be a very helpful & proffesional Cheif Concierge whil my wife & I were visiting Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi recently. nothing was too much trouble & we were very impressed by his willingness to help & ensure that our stay was a happy & memorable one.
