I actually have no words to describe Nadar as it would look like i am putting together a puzle form all the above comments. In not too many words, Nadar is a profesional with years of experience, dedication and complimented by a touch of kindnes and has passion in what he does best also being a grate leader. Mr. Manoj Rai, He is the best Laundry Manager as I had started my carrier under him as a operator . And as per his guidance, motivation today I am also handling one of the laundry department in Luxury hotel of Taj group.People can understand what kind of input he gives to his subodinate to grow in the future.Lot of learning I have adopted from him and grown. Not only me several people in India & abroad has made their carrier as per his direction. Wish him all the best!!!
