Mr. Kausatv has joined the organisation last year and has brought about a tremendous change in the hotel. Apart from streamlining the processes of the HR department, he has also gone to the depts of every individaul in the hotel to meet the needs and thus increasing the overall Employee Survey Scores. He has been the benchmark of the overall motivation team and has formed committees within the departments to satisfy the staff. Overall he is the best HR Manager that i have ever worked with I wish him all the very best in the future

Kaustav Sen, Director of HR at the Taj Palace Hotel, Dubai. Kaustav means "Balance" and he does, weighing out the situation, assessing the consequenses, understanding the emotions and evaluating the impact, does approach any HR problem with a solution in mind. We have seen him come out with flying colors from however mamoth or miniscule the issue is. If there is an award for mainitaining the balance in HR, he deserves it than anyone else. HR function is re-defined in Taj Palace Hotel Dubai by Kaustav. We wish him all Success.

Best HR Manager ever i come acrosse in Taj Group of Hotels...since I'v transferred from Taj Fort Aguada,Goa. Really a true prsonality can motivate nyone at any given point of time.. I'm priviledged to vote for him. Working as a Waiter currenly at Taj Palace,Dubai.
