Mr. Kaustav deserves the Best. He is a Manager who takes his time to listen and understands people from Various cultures and backgrounds. He will then focus on life changing principles with practical insights and illustrations. He is good.

Kaustav is one of the best Peoples person I have come across.Every project that comes in his way is handled with a lot of enthusiasm. He enery levels just dosn't seem to dip and you will always see him cheerful. He is very creative as well and uses all these qualities to solve any issue that may come his way. I wish him all the very best for the future...

To describe Kaustav.. words are just not enough. He is too good for words and to say it short, I would say he is just "superb, dynamic full of motivation and D ONE who can bring out the best out of the worst' be it any kind of situation. What more can I say? He is simply great, yes great.
