Noora is an incredible person inside out. And this makes her the more caring, loving, respecting person towards the employees. She is self driven person. She has the capacity and capability to things by her own which are very much required at per opening stages of the hotel and she is loaded with full of trainings which she can very comfortably delivers as well. She is one of the most wonderful HR Manager I have see in my 15 yrs of hospitality industry experience true example of YES I CAN !!!

Dear All, A big sincere thanks to all for putting in your valuable thoughts.I feel overwhelmed with the passion,partcipation and ability to share your candid thoughts.I have moved from Operations to Training to HR and can feel what is being in somebody else shoes.I learnt the HR nuances from Mr KS Srinivasan and then was given a great start by Mr Amar Sinhji/Ms Kristyl in Goa.Mr Khanna,Mr Kutty,Mr Mueller,Mr Dubier,Mr Nick,Mr Drego and Mr Krishnan have been responsible in grooming in and making me into a strong HR person with a lot of width in being positive in solving issues.Mr Emilaino,Mr Ganesh,Rosanna,Mohamed,Jeronimo,Xavier and Ramdass/Union Team Goa also nurtured my HR insticts.Mr HN Srinivas and Mr KS gave me the chance to do Year of the associate for the group and helped me grow with support of Janani and Mitchelle.In Dubai,Mr Sandeep Banerjee,Mr Mansourian,Mr Badawy,Mr Mueller and all my HOD collgues,Team HR/Finance/Mr Jamal have contributed to make me plan,implement and execute lot of HR straegies with changing times.We survived last 8 months by motivating the staff and being there for them.Ms Vijaya Kumar,Ms Vida and Mr Takulia did a big favour by training me to be a good training manager.Also blessed to work with good GM's who have made my DNA-Mr Gujral,Ms Batliwala,Mr Veervijay Singh,Mr Paranjpe,Mr Sethi and twice with Mr Khanna and Mr Mueller.I am honoured with the comments and would strive harder to set new benchmarks in HR..Human relations,balance,listening,understanding,keeping up with commitments,pushing through approvals abd delivering.My family and friends are a big source of inspiration and would help me to give every staff a good peaceful sleep at night.cheers,thanks and blessed.Have a great day ahead.
