Noora worked with me for 2,5 years in the Radisson SAS hotel, Muscat. During this time I have numerous times been astonished by her human relations skills and have seen her grow in her HR role throughout this period. It is fenomenal what she has achieved in the past few years and especially the succesfully opening of the Park Inn Muscat where she achieved a high percentage of the Omanization level required which is a great challenge. Her winning this award will only help her to achieve even greater things! She definitly has my vote not only in the Middle East but certainly EMEA!
