I had the opportunity to work with Mr Kuustav Sen in Taj, Goa and he had a unique approach for every individual with great enthusiasism. Without putting big words one can simply say he has the ability to stay connected with all the employees irrespective of their position, which makes him truly inspirational among his peers. My best wishes and regards will always be with him.
