Kaustav Sen is known to me for the last 15 years. He has always impressed me with his vibrancy, his action-oriented approach, intelligence, decisive thinking and a sunny 'can-do' attitude. As a colleague and later as business associate, I have witnessed him maturing as a professional, combining his mastery over hotel operations with insight and empathy for people dynamics to emerge as a truly valuable HR leader. He is able to strike the perfect balance between the 'soft' aspects of inspiring people and igniting spirit with the 'hard' stuff . . .making a compelling business case for Human Resources. i Have had the good fortune of working with Kaustav at Fort Aguada Beach Resort. He took up the challenge of Managing two hotels in North Goa and performed exceptionally well. Always prompt in his follow ups and meticulous in his planning. His Delegation skills are second to none. He loves taking up challenges and ensures its completion in a timely and systematic manner. During his tenure in Goa and in conjunction with the Gm's of both Taj Holiday Village and Fort Aguada drove Synergy between both resorts using resources effectively.
