I had the pleasure of working with Noora for many years in the hospitality industry. Her career growth in terms of what she has acheived as an Omani in the industry has been truly stellar. But most importantly she has remained the same warm approachable person with a twinkle in her eye, always willing to help. And this is what according to me stands out for her as a true HR professional! Well done Noora... What a great example you are setting!

A master degree holder and a department head Omani females are very hard to find, add on that a passionate, modest and ambition individual, you will for sure get a winning formula and this is why Noora deserves to win.
