I know Kaustuv when we worked together in Fort Aguada, Goa. My first spell with Taj group of hotels with Kaustuv as the HR manager. I remember meeting him first when I was introduced to him by our Area Director, Mr.Samir Khanna. Kaustuv has all the potentials to lead a team - I wish him all the success.
