Kaustav is one of the most dedicated and competent HR resource of the Taj. He has been a catalyst in Taj Palace Hotel Dubai and has ensured that inspite of business being low employees were happy and satisfied and productive to ensure guest satisfaction. This he achieved with clear employee engagement plans which were executed with precision. Care was taken to ensure that all spendings were within budgets. Through this he has ensured a productive workforce and has controlled attrition. He has been able to instill the value system of the TAJ group aptly in the Hotel and has been a role model in the Hotel. I wish him all the very best in future.

Having worked with Kaustav i must commend him on his positive attitude and never say no philosophy. he is a bundle of energy and is always finding new avenues and ways of doing things better. he loves to think out of the box and also helps uplift the entire team with his vibrancy.
