I have been working with Taj Hotel Dubai in the housekeeping department since the opening of the hotel for 9 years, and i must say that the best of all the Hr Managers that i have come across is our very own Mr. Kaustav. His great energy and enthusiasm has broght about a tremendous change in the hotel and has changed the face and morale of the staff and the hotel. I wish him all the very best in his years with the Taj.
