Yes! Kaustav is surely the best I have HR personnel I have interacted with. He is just about 15 months with us at the Taj Palace and has proved to have streamlined so many various issues related to HR and other functions. Kaustav has a STRONG & POSITIVE approach to challenges which he handles so tactfully in the best interest of the Company and the Staff. I have known Kaustav since he joined the industry. He certainly is one of the strongest contender with the vast exposure since he started his career with hardcore hotel operations and then shifted to Training and then graduated to HR. I wish him all the very best
