Yes! Kaustav is surely the best I have HR personnel I have interacted with. He is just about 15 months with us at the Taj Palace and has proved to have streamlined so many various issues related to HR and other functions. Kaustav has a STRONG & POSITIVE approach to challenges which he handles so tactfully in the best interest of the Company and the Staff. He is full of energy and posseses the calibre to analyze and convert any kinds of sensitive situations into simplified solutions. He is simple, caring and dedicated HR person who can read the minds of his staff with a helping attitude. He surely deserves to be called the BEST HR PERSON OF THE YEAR.
