Rarely do you come across someone with the dedication and attention to detail which Emily posses. She gets the best out of people with a smile on her face and a hardworking attitude. She's developed innovative new experiences for the guests and residents at Desert Palm and also found time to organise and manage an open air event for 3000 pax at South African day! Need I say more !

Edouard is not just a F&B manager but he is a visionary leader! He leads his team by giving them enough freedom and space to work and show case their own talents. But at the same time he has the background and the vision to zone in wherever the need comes and advice his team to create the most amazing and memorable experiences for the guests. He has an open door policy and really his door is always open! Emily is such a dedicated hardworking professional who leads her team by example. She knows what she wants commands respect and is totally customer focussed. It is a pleasure to dine at the Desert Palm and her attention to the highest level of service is highly commended and refreshing, something which is sadly lacking in many establishments here in Dubai in recent times. Emily has made what Desert Palm is today - the hidden secret of Dubai.
