Hi Paul, I was suspicious at first when I was approving the wave of support that came flooding in from Ricky, seemingly from Ricky. However, I can confirm that they are all from individual Ricky fans due to their email identities. Unfortunately, they just put Ricky's name in when they should have put in their own name. By the way there have been a few have been making comments about themselves, but they will remain nameless and their comments won't be put up - you know who you are!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of being guests at her hotel. At all times she has acted with consummate professionalism. In particular, she able to balance high running efficiency with a very pleasing and personal touch and as a guest I felt that she transformed our stay from very good to perfect. She is one of the few people that continually strive for improvement, always putting the guests first - nothing seems to be too much! A fantastic candidate for Manager of the Year - I believe Emily will continue to be admired for her business knowledge, development of her staff and her very pleasing personal attributes
