"Take advantage of new highly-qualified candidates from Western Europe looking for employment in the Middle East and offer them development opportunities" It seems to suggest only Western Europe produces highly qualified individuals..others don't..what a shame...[Edited]

Yes, It's true the statement from such a senior designated person is not expected. Hissupc are always there region wise but it is not proved that other regions do not produce results. Take me up: Asia National, but experienced in world's top most hotel companies in States, Hong Kong, Middle East, Australia just name the top company where I did not work for. Western Europe is growing now I agree, but never proved that standards are met anticipated by WE only, and I admire only professional regardless of Nationality and background. You should re-consider your statement.

Agreed to both of you (Ankhit & Muhammad) Region is not a scale to measure the standards. I am European Hotelier since 20 years, but never agree with this statement. For sure she should apologize.
