I can vouch for Lawrence being the most dedicated Housekeeper i've had the chance to meet, his relentless stive for perfection is second to none and can be seen in his every actions, he would always try to meet each guests in order to find-out what is their need as opposed to a standard offering, that might come from his enactment of filipino hospitality. from the staff side he doubles up as a departemental trainer which is incredible when you consider the long hours spent in his regular duties, but it's all for the benefit of his team and ultimately the resort itself. i have seen countless extatic feedback from parents and kids who were delightfully surprised with their "towel animals" upon entering the room, in my opinion Lawrence is the worthiest recipient for this award!

Pamini?s hard work, dedication and loyalty is never ending. Pamini emerged as a winner during recent economic crisis by motivating staff cost controlling and targeting for high productivity. She has strong boding with her staff, management and suppliers, her managerial skills are amassing and making her deserving for this award. I had the pleasure working with Pamini during the pre-opening of Raffles Dubai and found her the best in the this filed

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs Tatjana Ahmed several years ago. She is an inspiration to our industry. Her networking and mentoring skills are admired. Though we no longer work in the same country, I come across persons who speak about her with affection and respect, as she has given them guidance and help to develop in their careers. She is very active in the Dubai Housekeeping Managers circle and of great influence not oly in her company, but Housekeeping in general. She deserves to win this prestigious award.

I sincerely appreciate Pamini Hema Prabha, for her dedication and loyalty towards the hotel industry for being housekeeper. I consider her,to be highly motivated, hard working, never getting tired to strive towards providing the highest guest service and standards even in the most difficult circumstances. And last but not the least being able to motivate others to equally give their best in generating the maximum from available resources and to be a good leader and trainer. ALL THE BEST
