One year after its soft opening in April 2010, the Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach has been officially classified as a five-star hotel by the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Director, Hotel Classification Department Majid Al Marri and accompanying dignitaries from the DTCM presented the five-star plaque to the property owner Omar Al Askari, and general manager Horst Walther-Jones during the official presentation ceremony held in the hotel lobby.
Walther-Jones commented: "We are truly honoured to receive this five-star rating plaque and especially happy to be presented it within one year of opening. This recognition is a great reward for our multicultural team, who continuously provide personalised and memorable experiences to our guests”.
