It will feature a signature restaurant called Max On One, as well as a cafe, evoking the charm of Paris' elegant bistros.

The five star hotel also includes a ballroom featuring a ceiling with more than 100,000 crystals and a panoramic view of the Frankfurt skyline.

The hotel has appointed Martin Steiner as executive chef who has previously headed the team at the Michelin starred gourmet restaurant Val D'Or.

Earlier this month, Jumeirah Restaurants announced that the world famous Ivy restaurant brand is set to open its doors in Dubai on Thursday.

The Ivy in Dubai will share the same standards of food, ambience and service as The Ivy in London, when it opens on the ground floor of The Boulevard, Jumeirah Emirates Towers.

Owned by the parent company Caprice Holdings, The Ivy is one of London’s favourite restaurants.
