Our nominees for this award hold a variety of different roles, but all their nominations reflect a common goal: to encourage employee engagement, foster employee career development and create a community spirit within their hotel team.

Well done to those nominated. A shame to Hotelier Middle East to call them HR "officials". Calling us officials just adds to the stereotype of old school paper pushers. Hotelier! Get with the times please.
