The top five candidates nominated for the Hotelier Middle East Stewarding Person of the Year award 2011, sponsored by A.Ronai / Steelite, can finally be named.
A steward has several key responsibilities, the delivery of which was critical in shortlisting the Stewarding Person of the Year category: they must reduce breakage, ensure hygiene and food safety, and increase productivity of their teams.
