Previously Khan was responsible for talent acquisition at Hilton Worldwide, playing a key role in launching several of their new global hotels and resorts.
Now in Doha, Khan will lead Reed Recruitment's first hospitality and leisure division outside of the UK in response to the region's massive demand for quality staff.
Khan said: "The hospitality and leisure industry in the Middle East is the most dynamic in the world, and it continues to grow at a phenomenal rate.
"The key to keeping pace with that growth is in ensuring that the very best staff from across the world are brought here.
"Having worked for one of the best restaurateurs in the world, I'm looking forward to bringing my unique insight and extensive contacts base into leisure and hospitality in this region."
Reed Hospitality and Leisure will source staff internationally at all levels specialising in senior management to the region's top hotels and restaurants.
