Four Seasons has opened its property in Azerbaijan, the Four Seasons Hotel baku.

Located on the promenade on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the Azeri capital, the hotel boasts 171 rooms and suites, four restaurants and bars, and the exclusive enclave of the Jaleh Spa and Pool.

The company’s 89th property worldwide is set to capture the growing interest in Azerbaijan, according to general manager Tarek Mourad.

“This is an incredibly exciting time for Baku. The city is changing almost daily now, and we are right in the middle of it all,” he said, adding that “this may be the year people finally stop asking, ‘where is Baku?’”.

The F&B offering will also tempt many to the hotel, director of food and beverage Mustafa Suer asserting “Gourmands already know that the best saffron and caviar comes from this region”.

“Executive Chef Marco Bax and his culinary team promise to celebrate the local bounty and traditions, while bringing in the finest ingredients and new ideas from around the world for our local and international guests,” he added.

The reservations books are now open at top floor Kaspia restaurant, plus the exclusive Garabag private dining room.

The property also boasts its own Jaleh Spa and Pool offering top products from around the world.
In addition to eight treatment rooms, two suites with private balconies overlook the Caspian.
The Hotel also has an indoor pool with a two storey atrium.
