Two members of the concierge team at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence are the latest within the group’s Middle Eastern properties to join Les Clefs d’Or – the fraternity of the top-ranked hotel concierges across more than fifty countries.

Ahmed Ayoub and Tamer Kelany were the winning duo most recently graced with the crossed-key badge. Chef Concierge Ayoub has been a part of the Hotel’s integral pre-opening team and has worked with Four Seasons for more than 12 years, while Kelany joined the team more than four years ago.

Their combined in-depth knowledge of the ins and outs of Cairo and their passion and dedication to provide the best insights to guests is a testament to their years of experience and success in meeting guests’ expectations.
