Speaking at the official opening, Landmark Zenath Group managing director S.M. Sadique said: “"We are proud to be associated with Ramada Hotels.

"Landmark Hotels has been in the business since 1995 and we believe firmly that, if it is worth doing let’s do it well. Over the years we have reinvented ourselves several times and diversified into new ventures through strategic tie-ups. Our alliance with Ramada Hotels fits well with the future development plans of the company".

Landmark Hotels and Suites CEO Peter Janssen added: “We trust occupancy levels in Dubai will remain strong despite considerable addition to room inventory. We are confident that with the expansion and ‘best & better’ policies of Government and DTCM we can achieve our objectives".

Landmark Hotels & Suites comprises eight operating hotels and several hotels under development.

Parent company Landmark Zenath Group plans to expand its hospitality business to India and the rest of the Middle East.
